How to control wet dreams or night falls during masturbation withdrawal

Controlling wet dreams is very important when you are on masturbation withdrawal because wet dreams can spoil your recovery . 4). Turmeric water - Drink hot turmeric water after waking up in the morning because turmeric inhibits release of Prostaglandin E2 and its a natural antibiotic.

5). Dont drink milk before bed time
